Reservations
Reservations are only accepted in writing by fax, email or post. If the prices in the reservation confirmation differ (typos or printing errors), the currently listed daily rates always apply.
Arrival and Departure
Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving after 6 pm. Please understand that your room is only available as of 3 pm on the day of your arrival. Checkout time on your day of departure is 10 am.
Cancellations
Our cancellation terms according to the General Terms of Business for the Hotel Industry
up to 3 months before arrival: no charge
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%
1 week before arrival: 90% of the booking price

Children’s Discount
Prices for children staying in the room with their parents (as of 2 full-priced guests):

Single Room Surcharge
€ 20 per day in a double room cottage. For single occupancy in the Landidyll Deluxe double room we charge € 30 less than the current room price.
Short Stay Surcharge
For a stay of less than 5 nights, we charge an additional € 5 per person/day.
New Year’s Eve Surcharge
€ 28 per person, € 17 per child
Pets
Please understand that in order to best serve all our guests we cannot allow pets.
Smoking and Non-Smoking Zones
Please understand that the rooms and dining room are non-smoking areas.
We have posted separate smoking areas for smokers.
Lift Card
Day and week passes can be purchased in the hotel. We accept cash or EC card.
Payment Options
Cash, EC card, Visa, MasterCard
Credit cards are not accepted for package offers.
Deposit
For binding reservations, we request a deposit of € 100 per room.
