Reservation
In written form: e-mail or letter. If prices in the reservation confirmation differ (writing or printing errors), the daily listed prices always apply.
 
Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 3pm for our arriving guests. On the day you are due to depart you may use your room until 11am.

Your booked room will be held until 6pm on the day you are due to arrive. Thereafter, you have no claim to the room you reserved. Please let us know if you will be arriving later. Please note that our reception is only staffed until 8pm. If you will arrive later than 8pm, we kindly ask you to contact us, so that we can communicate all the needed information for your late check in.

In the event of early departure or late arrival, the price for the accommodation will be calculated reducted by local taxes. In the event of cancellation your deposit will only be refunded according to our cancellation policy. 

Wi-Fi
Free to use for our guests in the entire hotel.

Kids discounts
for the breakfast buffet we charge kids with €12,50
for halfboard (3 course menu) we charge kids with €25,--

New Year's Eve menu: price on request
Christmas menu: price on request

Late Check In
For arrivals later than 8pm we kindly ask you to contact us, so that we can communicate all the needed information for your late check in.

depending on availability and at additional costs

Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows: 
up to 21 days prior to arrival: free of charge / 21 days - 7 days before:  50% / 7 days before: no cancellation possible. 100% by not arriving or by earlier check out.

Extra charges
Visitor's tax: charged separately
Adults: winter: € 3,00 / summer: € 3,00 per day | Kids up to 15 y.: free

Rooms & Apartments
Short stay surcharge: our room rates depend on the duration of your stay. Less than 3 nights counts as a short stay.

Extra beds: not included in the price - charged separately with €50,-- per person (including breakfast).

Non-smoking facilities
We kindly ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted. Neither in any room/apartment nor in the restaurant.

Parking / Underground parking
Underground parking depending on availability.
The Hotel Dorfstadl has its own underground parking garage with 3 floors. The upper floors can be reached by a car elevator from the upper hotel entrance. There are also a few outdoor parking spaces available. We charge €10 per stay/car for parking. Hotel guests have round-the-clock access to the garages with their key cards. We only guarantee one parking spot per room/apartment. As there are no public parking spaces close by, we ask you to consider carefully whether it is necessary to arrive with more than one car per room/apartment.

Massage
Although we have a massage room, we are unfortunately unable to offer massages in the 2023/2024 winter season for various reasons. We ask for your understanding.

Pets
Please understand, that due to our guest's wishes, we don't allow pets.

Deposit
For binding reservations we ask for a deposit of 30% of the booked total amount. (to pay after receiving our booking confirmation) If you have booked our non-refundable rate the total amount is due after receiving our booking confirmation. Payable by bank transfer or credit card. We will contact you.
